Several other African Legal Luminaries will serve as Panelists on this year’s Virtual conference, which is a “dress rehearsal for the physical conference” to be held in Niamey early 2021.
A special session of the conference will focus on “military law” dealing with the role of the military in tackling civilian responsibilities during emergencies and national disasters.
Counselor Cephus is expected to also deliver a paper on the law and social economic situations in Africa and as well Africa-China Trade.
The conference sessions will be formatted into panels of experts with a Moderator, while each Panelist is expected to present their views, followed by questions and answers, an African Bar Association release said.
