MONROVIA – The Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Samuel D. Tweah, Jr, his wife and others were involved in a ghastly motor accident at Ganglota, a little town in Lofa County on Sunday, November 27, 2022 when the vehicle he was travelling along with his wife and other persons somersaulted, causing some injuries and fortunately they are responding to treatment at the Phebe Hospital according to sources.
The sources said Minister Tweah and entourage were returning to Monrovia, a day after serving as this year’s commencement exercise of the Lofa County Community College, which is the 5th of such occasions for the college held in Voinjama City, Lofa county.
The reports said they were rushed to the Phebe Hospital in Gbarnga, Bong County were they are being attended to and are said to be responding to treatment.
Meanwhile, the Minister and others are said to be en route to Monrovia for advanced medical care at the JFK hospital.
