In the wake of social media reports that the Liberian Minister of State for Presidential Affairs and Chief of Staff to the Office of President George M. Weah has suffered a massive stroke which left him bedridden at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, while being prepared to be flown abroad for further medical attention, The Analyst has gathered that Minister Nathaniel Falo McGill is well and healthy, relaxing at his home.
Following the news about McGill’s reported illness late Wednesday evening, The Analyst immediately dispatched two of its editors to verify the information.
According to our journalists, all sources directly contacted indicated that Minister McGill is not sick.
Not satisfied with the results from the staff inquiry, the Publisher and Managing Editor of The Analyst, Mr. Stanley Seakor, directly contacted McGill on his WhatsApp account, to which Minister McGill promptly answered by activating video mode.
“Here I am. As you can see, I am not sick. I am ok, and I am home,” Mr. McGill, relaxing at home in a sofa with face mask hanging halfway on his face, told Mr. Seakor.
