“The People Have Spoken; Stop Manipulation, Fear Mongering” -Gongloe-Weh Warns Weah’s CDC, PYJ’s MDR
With news filtering in that candidates of the Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) are comfortably leading candidates of the governing Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) in the five most vote-rich regions of the country, Nimba County’s CPP senatorial candidate, Edith Gongloe-Weh has alarmed of attempts to change the ballot against her.
“Our people have spoken loudly and clearly. We are watching all the manipulations and fear mongering! Stop calling the election magistrates of Nimba, President Weah,” Madam Gongloe warned.
Madam Weh also warned Senator Prince Y. Johnson’s MDR party and President George Weah’s CDC to “stop transferring ballot boxes containing pre-marked ballots from unknown destinations to Sanniquillie”.
“The election is OVER!!!! The people have spoken!” she blasted, while calling on her supporters across Nimba and all over the world to avoid panicking.
“Our technical team is working and our tally puts us in a comfortable lead with about 85% of the official tally results entered into our system. Please remain calm,” Madam Gongloe-Weh said.
It can be recalled that Madam Gongloe-Weh won the Voters Perception Survey (VPS) and the Sanniquellie primaries to represent the CPP in the just-ended midterm senatorial and referendum elections.
