Born on March 28, 1993 in Kono, Sierra Leone, Miss Annette Kpakima is an ambitious young Sierra Leonean model who despite the herculean task of breaking into one of the most competitive careers in the World has vowed to make it happen in a rather shorter time frame. Her studies in beauty and cosmetology from the College of Cosmetology in Accra, Ghana, where she became an expert in Hair, Nails, Facial and everything in the beauty industry, she has already acquired the basics which she also blended with her strong sense for fashion and style.
Her dream is to become a great model and to impact the lives of young people in Africa and the world. It is also her plan to establish a program that will assist people with disabilities. The 29 year old Annette at such an early age started to imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship, establishing and managing her own company, Annettco Global Beauty Fashion Group where she serves as the Chief Executive Officer because realized that it is always an added advantage to be an entrepreneur in any career you venture in. It gives you a leverage to create wealth, opportunities and manage them for your own benefit, for the society and humanity as a whole because your impact will always leave an impressive mark on the people you associate with and the society you reside in”, she said of what informed her decision to establish her own company. She added that so far, her list of clients have been on an amazing rise.
Like other top models in the world whose success stories continue to inspire her, she does not intend to take prisoners. Annette intends to be riding the industry like a colossus and smiling to the bank very soon working with huge brands Prada, Miu Miu, Hermes, Dior, Dolce and Gabbana, Paul Smith, Missoni, YSL, etc, attend some top shows worldwide as well as grace the covers of several renowned international fashion and conventional magazines.
As it stands the young model may soon find great modeling companies and agencies in Europe, United States of America, Canada and Australia beaming their search light towards her direction with the view of signing her on to mega deals and other forms of endorsements given the fact that she is a beautiful pride of Africa.
