MEN Inc. Supports Rehabilitation -Donates food, supplies to rehabilitation center

MONROVIA – On October 25, 2003, a group of young Christian men of Fiamah, Sinkor, Monrovia, formed a noble organization named and styled Men with Excellent Nature (MEN Inc.) to improve, maintain, and protect the livelihoods of its members, families, and communities. Mr. Thomas Israel Findley I currently heads MEN Inc. as president, and the organization has a wide membership base in Liberia and in the diaspora, with the coordinator of its United States chapter, Mr. Armah A. Kamara, present in the country as part of the presentation.

Men with Excellent Nature, a Christian brotherhood, has been a major developmental partner to the state, involved in many humanitarian ventures. It has offered financial aid and scholarships to deserving Liberians, supported schools with various school supplies, and contributed to the Liberia prison program, providing support for the well-being of inmates. The organization has also supported orphanages on a large scale and was a major partner in combating both the deadly Ebola virus and the COVID-19 pandemic, among many other humanitarian services.

In testament to its charitable ventures, the organization on Saturday, August 1, 2026, visited the Jojo Hope House Rehabilitation Center in White Plains, Montserrado County, to complement the nationalistic efforts of Miss Jojo Kolubah, founder of the center, by donating food and non-food items to the institution. The contribution was warmly received by the management and beneficiaries, who described the gesture as a meaningful demonstration of compassion and community support.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, the President of Men with Excellent Nature, Mr. Thomas Israel Findley I, said the donation reflects the organization’s commitment to giving back to society and extending a helping hand to those in need. He encouraged residents of the rehabilitation center not to lose hope or abandon their dreams because of their current circumstances, emphasizing that determination and perseverance can lead to a brighter future.

Mr. Findley also stressed the importance of discipline among participants at the rehabilitation center, noting that personal discipline is essential for achieving meaningful and lasting change in life. He further called on other organizations, businesses, and well-meaning Liberians to support institutions that care for disadvantaged and vulnerable people across the country.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the center, Lorpu Kolubah, Human Resource Director of the Jojo Hope House Rehabilitation Center, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Men with Excellent Nature for the generous contribution. She described the donation as timely and impactful, stating that it will help meet some of the center’s daily needs while encouraging other individuals and organizations to partner with the institution in advancing its humanitarian mission.

Though absent, the founder, Miss Jojo Kolubah, expressed deep appreciation via phone, noting that it was the very first time an organization had paid a visit to the center itself to experience its atmosphere and interact with the program members.

Beneficiaries also thanked Men with Excellent Nature for the donation and the motivational speeches, promising to make a difference as they go through their time of rehabilitation.
