Joyce Kumba Raynes Ogunti, founder of Alfred and Collinette Raynes Everybody Served (ACRES) Community Clinic in Millsburg, lower Montserrado County has donated assorted medical supplies for use by the Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town.
The donation include drugs, blood pressure monitors, armpit and a digital thermometer, syringes, isolation gowns and scrubs amongst others.
Mrs. Ogunti made the donation Tuesday August 6, 2019 on behalf of the sainted Memory of John Wesleyan and Arimetha Banks-Holman, formerly resident in Brewerville.
Madam Ogunti who is the Chief Executive Officer of ACRES indicated that the donation was intended to help alleviate the medical needs of the Redemption Hospital and for the to be able to provide medical services the people of the Borough of New Kru Town and its surroundings.
She noted that the donation of the medical supply to the hospital was part of her yearly medical outreach program which is also part of efforts to assist the sickly people who are in desperate need of medical treatments.
Mrs. Ogunti who is currently resides in Chicago, USA, is also a daughter of Millsburg, Lower Montserrado County. She said her medical expedition to Liberia is done on a yearly basis.
